Fiona Gallacher

Clinical Psychologist

Fiona is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience who specializes in working with individuals with anxiety, trauma, and stress-related issues such as PTSD, OCD, anxiety, panic, grief, secondary traumatization, and dissociative disorders including DID. Fiona obtained a PhD in adult Clinical Psychology from Michigan State University.  She then trained at the National Center for PTSD at the Boston VAMC where she developed a passion for treating trauma, and then later at Kaiser Permanente in California where she began applying meditation and mindfulness-based techniques to therapy.  Clients appear to make the most progress when we work collaboratively.  Together, we develop a personalized treatment plan based on an eclectic approach to psychotherapy (psychodynamic, CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT, humanistic/existential, meditation/mindfulness, and teletherapy).
